POST-GRADUATE PROGRAMS OFFERED AND ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Programs offered include Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)
Admission Requirements include
a. O’ level (5 O’level credits to include English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, Physics obtained at not more than two sittings.
b. Master’s Degree: For M.Pharm; the candidate must have a first-degree in Pharmacy, or its equivalent with a FCGPA of not less than 3.0 from Nnamdi Azikiwe University or a recognized University.
Note that the MSC program is for non-pharmacists (graduates of related science and engineering disciplines, particularly those with relevant industry experience) and is limited to the following options: Formulation Science and Technology, Powder and Tablet Technology and Cosmetic Science and Technology only.
c. Doctor of Philosophy degree (PhD): A candidate who holds a master’s degree in a relevant discipline with an FCGPA not less than 3.50 on a 5 point scale or an average of 60% from Nnamdi Azikiwe University or a recognized University may be admitted provided the University Matriculation requirement is satisfied.
